Hello people, 

This blog is for the people who first of all love to eat and utterly enjoy trying new things. I believe food like alcohol is a social lubricant, a social expierence, its an art. And speaking about art, Mexican food is hands down one of the best cuisines I have had. Yes, I love French, Italian, Peruvian, Chinese, Japanese and all existent cuisines, however for me mexican food is simple yet complex, exciting and most of all honest. The people who cook it seem to be magicians of some sort, using their hands for the most part. 

I dont claim ownership of the images shown in this blog, None of these pictures are mine, unless stated. I just wander around the web trying to put here the best looking mexican food. No, no Taco bell or any other things in here. For those who know real mexican food youll understand. Dont get me wrong Taco Bell or burritos the size of a baby are pretty damn good too (Taco bell only when stoned or when I dont really care what I eat), however if I had to choose between those first two and a taco cart in the streets of Mexico well that taco cart takes the cake.
