I have never had Foie Gras before but that will change tonight!  While I am pretty aware of how this dish is made, I encourage anyone who hasnt eaten it or has and liked it to eat it before July 1st. Run and make reservations at your favorite spot in the city. You only live once god damnit!   There will be a ban starting July 1st against Foie Gras in California and many chefs have protested this...
