Tacos de Canasta compadre
Tacos de Canasta (Basket Tacos) are also known as tacos sudados (sweaty tacos), or al vapor (steamed tacos).
For all of those people from outside of Mexico that havent eaten tacos sudados, make sure you put it in the bucket list of things to eat before you die.
How do you make them you might ask? Well this delicacies are simply corn tortilla tacos (some places in Mexico will venture into flour tortillas) with different fillings (pork, potato, chorizo, chicken, beans) placed in a basket and then closed. The heat of all of the tacos (and juices) will just start rubbing on each other, so when you eat them youll probably go through probably 20 napkins.
